
Oversees and manages leadership’s execution of performance evaluation process including the audit and tracking of performance documentation and coaching on performance and coaching documentation.Partners with accounting and payroll to maintain the payroll database. Provides payroll processing backup support.Maintains and protects confidential information including but not limited to payroll.Ensures accuracy of hours worked for temporary and permanent employees, including missed or corrected punches or other abnormalities are correct and reported accurately.Tracks and posts OSHA-required data and files reports. Assists with the implementation of company safety and health programs.Be the advisory partner to the leadership on employee issues and progressive disciplinary process.Participates in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forward.Prepares documentation for litigation and arbitration proceedings (e.g., unemployment claims, workers compensation claims).Partners with functional leaders to handle employee disciplinary actions, including conflict resolution checks those disciplinary records for write up/suspension/termination are handled appropriately.Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale, motivation and satisfaction.Maintains confidential personnel, medical, and training files of active and terminated employees in compliance with applicable legal requirements.Be the subject matter expert regarding organizational policies, procedures, and benefits.Monitors compliance of HR policies, communicates with appropriate supervisors, managers and HR partners about issues and opportunities for improvement.Supports managers with the development and interpretation of policies and procedures, and leadership development.Oversees the on-boarding and exit process for employees.Manages the development and administration of programs, procedures and guidelines to align the workforce with strategic goals of the company.
